Stop Binge EatingIf I asked you to show you how you can end up eating and eating binge forever today if you want me, do you think I have been nuts? Some people, especially if they'd fought for a lifetime. Some even say they are forced to binge, as if somebody points a gun to their head and says, "Do you eat or I will shoot." Some believe they need their food, not so much for fun, but just to feel normal. I know all too well about this suffering. Not only from my many years as a hypnotherapist, a famous weight loss hypnosis and food industry consultant— but also from my personal history. I'll spare you the whole story but let's just say that I haven't done something you probably did with the food...
I found, however, a solution some ten years ago and kept a newspaper working on everything for myself, which later became a book. I never could have many fans and supporters I could not picture. I never met another counselor at the end of the process who had a lot of time with his personal hell in food and also worked extensively in the food industry. I'm in a pretty unusual place. To a successful conclusion, definitely not. And I hope that, at least as weird as it may sound, you can find this three-step solution. What if it works, after all?
